About the Role

We are seeking a qualified and experienced Nursery Practitioner to join our team at Bristol Stoke Gifford. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the individual needs of every child are met, including supporting parents with any Special Educational Needs (SEN) or Additional Support Needs (ASN). This will involve taking ownership of observations, assessments, and planning for your assigned key children in line with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS) framework.

Requirements

To succeed as a Nursery Practitioner at Busy Bees, you will need:

  • A Level 3 Childcare qualification, demonstrating your expertise in early years education;
  • Previous experience working with children, ideally in an Early Years Educator, Nursery Practitioner, Nursery Assistant, or Nursery Nurse role;
  • Strong communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with colleagues and parents;
  • An understanding of the EYFS framework and its application in practice;
  • A passion for delivering high-quality childcare and education, inspiring creativity and development in young minds;
  • The ability to work effectively in a team environment, prioritizing the needs of children and their families.
