Job Description:

  • Sustain a supportive and inclusive learning environment
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to improve student outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and reports as required

Benefits:

  • NJC 28 - 31 salary (£37,938 - £40,476 FTE); £31,286 - £33,378 actual salary + well-being cash plan + pension scheme (LGPS) + additional Lift Schools benefits
  • 37 hours per week, 39 weeks + 4 weeks contract
  • Permanent position starting from January 2025
