Norse Cleaning Division provides professional cleaning services to local schools, public buildings, and communal areas across East Anglia.

We are seeking a Cleaner to work on a casual basis, offering AM & PM shifts, to join our team in Norwich.

The Role

As a Cleaner, you will be responsible for carrying out basic cleaning duties and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Cleaning and maintaining designated areas, including mopping, hoovering, wiping down, and emptying bins.
  • Building relationships with clients on site.
  • Carrying out routine checks and following health and safety protocols at all times.
  • Reporting any issues or defects on site.

Our Ideal Candidate

We are looking for a candidate with previous cleaning or caretaking experience, who possesses:

  • Knowledge of basic site health and safety.
  • Excellent communication skills, capable of building relationships with clients on site.
  • Confidence working independently to their own initiative.
  • Previous commercial cleaning experience is desirable.
