Sales Manager Job Description

SF Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled Sales Manager to lead our Sales and Customer Service team in driving business growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to achieve sales, profit, and cash flow targets.
  • Lead a team of sales professionals to ensure effective sales and customer service processes are in place.
  • Understand market trends, competitors, and customer needs to define the sales process for winning and retaining target customers.
  • Work closely with the Marketing team to develop lead generation campaigns and agree customer marketing actions.
  • Manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a robust qualification stage and increasing conversion rates on target products and customers.
  • Ensure an effective onboarding process for new customers, achieving customer satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Regularly review customer terms and conditions to ensure they meet business requirements.
  • Review pricing and costs to improve profitability and ensure consistency across markets.
  • Ensure the sales forecast is regularly reviewed and reflected in sales and operational planning processes.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for growing sales, focusing on progressing opportunities with existing and new customers. Regular customer contact and concentrating on the right type of business are key to success.
