Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-impact training solutions to meet a range of participant needs, including skills assessments and employability skills training.
  • Meet personal performance targets and quality and compliance measures by delivering high-quality training provision to participants.
  • Work collaboratively with operational teams to offer high-impact training solutions to meet emerging participant needs.
  • Develop and deliver training programs face-to-face and remotely using digital technologies.
  • Ensure participants develop the skills and confidence needed to secure sustainable employment.
Requirements:
  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths at Grade C or above.
  • Experience of delivering training programs face-to-face and remotely using digital technologies.
  • Knowledge of the employability industry and delivering employability skills and personal development training programs.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with operational teams to meet emerging participant needs.
Desirable:
  • Experience of delivering in a high-performance target-driven culture.
  • Award in Education and Training level 3 (formerly PTLLS) or Certificate in Education and Training level 4 (formerly CTLLS).
  • Full driving license to enable deployment across a specified geographical area.
