  • The role involves valuing industrial, retail and office assets for lenders.

About the Role:
As a Commercial Asset Appraiser, you will be responsible for conducting valuations for industrial, retail and office assets. This includes lender valuations, which require a deep understanding of the property market and its trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Valuating commercial properties for lenders
  • Conducting site visits to assess property values
