Job Title: Commercial Claims Specialist

Job Summary:
MPJ Recruitment Ltd is seeking a skilled Commercial Claims Specialist to join our team. As a Commercial Claims Specialist, you will be responsible for managing a caseload of commercial claims, providing technical advice to clients, and ensuring that claims are processed efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage a caseload of commercial claims, including Property, Casualty, and Liability claims
Provide technical advice to clients throughout the claims process
Assess the status of claims with clients, insurers, and/or their advisors/solicitors
Run claims efficiently and keep the system updated with all relevant information
Ensure that claims statistics are accurate and produced in accordance with SLAs
