Service Driver Class 2

As a Service Driver, you will play a critical role in our Field Services Operations team, responsible for the collection, destruction, and movement of confidential wastepaper and electronic storage devices on behalf of various customers.
Key Responsibilities- Collect and transport confidential waste and electronic storage devices from customer locations
- Ensure timely and efficient completion of daily routes, adhering to company security and safety policies
- Provide excellent customer service, representing Shred-it at client locations
- Conduct thorough circle-checks of assigned vehicles, reporting any issues to CSS
- Maintain accurate records of daily operations, including time of arrival, completion of tasks, and any changes to client locations or service times
- Valid LGV HGV C Category driving license and current drivers CPC
- Previous driving or customer-facing experience advantageous but not essential
- Positive attitude, good interpersonal and communication skills, and a conscientious approach to work
- Ability to read and understand customer information sheets and write clear messages on daily reporting sheets
