Wellbeing Support Worker, Evenings, Bury Position

This is a unique opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of vulnerable individuals within the Bury community. As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will be part of a dedicated team that provides support and care to those in need.
As a Wellbeing Support Worker, you will work closely with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to provide person-centred care and support to customers. Your role will involve assisting customers with daily living skills, promoting independence, and providing emotional support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist customers with daily living skills, such as personal care and active daily living
- Support customers to maintain their independence and confidence
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team to provide person-centred care and support
- Contribute to the creation of a safe and stimulating physical environment for customers
Requirements:
- Fluent English and excellent communication skills
- Valid driver's license and access to a car
- Experience working with vulnerable adults, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Ability to work as part of a team and demonstrate empathy and kindness
What We Offer:
- A competitive hourly rate of £12.50
- A 2-week rota pattern, with shifts from 4:30 pm to 9:30 pm
