Lancaster Resources is seeking a Technical Practice Lead for Data Centres to join our team. As a permanent role, this position offers a unique chance to work in a dynamic environment, with opportunities to develop your skills and expertise in the field of data centre infrastructure.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the Systems Integrator Business for Data Centre Infrastructure (DCI) Consulting services, driving delivery excellence, and supporting clients' ability to achieve revenue and margin targets. Your expertise will be essential in operating as the technical authority across key stakeholders, guiding and mentoring the business both internally and at point of delivery to ensure successful outcomes.

You will collaborate with the Consulting Director to ensure consulting operations run and deliver in accordance with defined best practice, meeting quality requirements. Additionally, you will leverage your subject matter expertise to provide robust and clear feedback to internal and external stakeholders, working closely with the Cloud Infrastructure & Security Head of Service Development and CTO to define and deliver DCI Service offerings.
