Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centred care to residents, promoting their independence and dignity
- Work collaboratively with the care team to deliver exceptional care and support

- Advocate for residents' rights and needs, ensuring their voices are heard
- Participate in safeguarding training and reporting concerns
