About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Markets Trader to join our team at Deutsche Bank. As a key member of our CEEMEA Rates & FX business, you will be responsible for managing product flows, pricing, and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage product flows, including pricing and risk management/portfolio optimization.
  • Provide liquidity to clients, including financial institutions and corporates.
  • Execute trades, capture trade data, and sign off on profit and loss statements.
  • Continuously explore platform enhancements to improve trading efficiency.
  • Monitor rate volatility markets and identify opportunities for hedging strategies.
  • Engage with clients to acquire market share.
Requirements
  • Experience in CEEMEA Rates & FX trading and market making business.
  • Strong quantitative skills, preferably in econometrics, and product knowledge.
  • Deep knowledge of CEEMEA Local Markets, including onshore and offshore dynamics.
  • Understanding and proficiency in managing risk in trading books, including interest rate risk, SOFR, and cross-currency basis risk.
  • Deep understanding of debt capital/bond markets, credit environment, and ability to price various instruments.
  • Strong money management skills, with a liquidity provider/market maker profile.
