Key Responsibilities:
- Building relationships with patients and ensuring regular communication prior to and following their treatment
- Assisting in patient consultations and scanning patients' eyes using state-of-the-art equipment
- Accurately maintaining patient records and scheduling treatment dates
- Discussing finance options and introducing patients to their optometrist
