Cleaning Operative

About the Role
This position is for a cleaning operative at one of our sites in Leeds, working 12 hours per week, Monday to Saturday, with a 6am start.
As a Cleaning Operative, you will be responsible for ensuring equipment is kept clean, well-maintained, and in safe working order, meeting all agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). You will also build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, including when work needs to be carried out and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises, while following Health and Safety requirements.
You will need to undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role successfully. You will work within a team and be able to work under their own initiative. You will also need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and seeking ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

To be successful in this role, you will need to have the ability to communicate and read basic English, previous cleaning experience is desirable but not essential, and a flexible approach to the role. You will also need to be open, honest, self-driven, and determined, with a professional attitude.
