About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire. As a key member of our commercial glazing team, you will be responsible for managing contracts and ensuring the successful delivery of projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contracts from inception to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
- Collaborate with project managers to ensure seamless project execution
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience in contract management, preferably in the commercial glazing industry
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
