Job Description:

Muller Dairy is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team at our Droitwich site.

Main Responsibilities:
  • To diagnose and repair complex machinery and equipment, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.
  • To conduct regular maintenance and inspections to identify potential issues and implement preventative measures.
  • To collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement process improvements and optimize equipment efficiency.
  • To maintain accurate records and reports, including maintenance schedules, parts inventory, and repair costs.
  • To stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices, participating in training and professional development opportunities as needed.
Requirements:
  • Recognized engineering apprenticeship or equivalent experience in mechanical or electrical maintenance.
  • Proven track record of success in a maintenance environment, with a strong focus on problem-solving and troubleshooting.
