As Deputy Head of Performance Financial Steering, Director, you will play a key role in shaping the financial strategy and direction of our organization.

Job Summary

This role involves providing financial analysis and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement, and driving business performance. You will work closely with the PFS team to deliver accurate and valuable information used in management information packs.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide financial analysis and insights to senior management, identifying areas for improvement and driving business performance;
  • Manage and oversee the PFS UK function, including cost focus on all Wholesale Support Lines and specific KPI aspects of the SGIL UK business;
  • Contribute to global projects and initiatives, such as ESD, Business Lines transformation, and local regulatory programs;
Requirements

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Financial Strategist with a strong academic background, preferably in finance or a related field. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10-15 years of experience working in financial services, with expertise in financial steering, accounting norms, and standards (IFRS, local GAAP), regulatory reporting processes, liquidity and scarce resources management, product control, market risk, credit risk, and financial performance steering.

The successful candidate will also possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, analytical capability, results-oriented mindset, and ability to work as part of a team. Furthermore, they will have the ability to quickly give a synthetic overview and communicate with top management, drive change, influence without authority, adaptability, autonomy, and innovation.

Salary:

$140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
