Strategic Care Manager for Learning Disabilities

At Gilbert Meher, we are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Care Manager for Learning Disabilities to lead our team in providing exceptional care and support to individuals with complex needs.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our service, ensuring compliance with CQC standards and regulations, and driving operational performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective care plans to meet the unique needs of our service users
- Lead a team of experienced professionals in delivering high-quality care and support
- Collaborate with external stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery and positive outcomes
- Contribute to strategic contract reviews and represent the service in meetings with key partners
About You:
We are looking for a highly experienced Registered Manager with a successful track record in managing challenging behaviors and promoting positive behavior support.
