About the Job

As a Senior Kitchen Specialist with Chartwells, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to prepare and present high-quality dishes that meet our strict standards.

This role requires a skilled and experienced chef who can lead by example, demonstrating a passion for cooking and a commitment to excellence. You will work closely with our kitchen team to ensure that every dish meets our quality standards and is served on time.

In addition to your technical skills, you will also need to possess excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide your team members to achieve their best.

Job Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience as a Chef De Partie in a high-volume kitchen environment
  • Proven track record of consistently producing high-quality dishes
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene procedures
