The Role
We are seeking a Graduate IT Support Specialist to join our IT support team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing internal in-person support to our employees in London and remote support to our international offices. You will also be involved in provisioning and deploying hardware for new and existing employees, managing IT hardware stock levels and lifecycle, and checking and maintaining meeting room and other office IT equipment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide internal in-person support to employees in London and remote support to international offices
- Provision and deploy hardware for new and existing employees
- Manage IT hardware stock levels and lifecycle
- Check and maintain meeting room and other office IT equipment
- Partner with other IT team members to provide support and enforce IT policies
- Contribute to infrastructure improvements with other team members or as independent projects
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Experience with Linux or Mac OS (ideally both)
- Experience troubleshooting desktop and laptop hardware
- Solid understanding of networking concepts
Desirable Skills
- Familiarity with Mobile Device Management systems like JAMF Pro
- Experience in Linux or a passion to learn it
- Experience with network troubleshooting
- Audio Visual experience
- Google Workspace applications and administration
- Bash and/or Python Scripting
