The successful candidate will have a strong background in brewing science and a proven track record of managing high-performing teams.

The role involves overseeing all aspects of brewing and fermentation, from recipe development to quality control, as well as working closely with our head brewer and production team to achieve our goals.

We estimate that the salary for this role will be around £62,000 per year, based on industry standards and market rates.
