About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Advisor to join our team at Fexco Property Services in Salisbury. As a key member of our client accounts department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring the highest standards of administration.

Main Responsibilities
  • Respond to client queries via phone, email, and letter, providing timely and accurate assistance and resolving issues to the highest standard.
  • Work closely with the Property Managers to resolve account queries and provide excellent customer service.
  • Manage client accounts on QUBE, ensuring accurate and up-to-date records.
  • Negotiate payment plans and reconcile bi-monthly payments to ensure timely payment.
  • Perform other ad-hoc duties as required, including assisting the Client Account Manager with administration tasks.
Essential Skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong telephone manner.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel, with experience of high-volume daily calls and emails.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, with the ability to work to deadlines and under pressure.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to work on your own initiative and as part of a team.
Desirable Skills
  • Relevant service charge experience.
  • Experience of using QUBE system.
