About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Technical Adoption Specialist to join our team at Cisco Meraki. As a key member of our organization, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring our largest customers achieve maximum value from the Cisco Spaces platform.

Your primary responsibility will be to collaborate closely with various teams to support and guide customers through the adoption process. You will engage with customers to understand their business needs, develop tailored solutions, and provide hands-on support to ensure successful implementation.

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Experience in training, creating documentation, and customer support or management
