**Job Description:** Vehicles Fleet Oversight Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Vehicles Fleet Oversight Manager to join our Engineering team in Thetford. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing a fleet of vehicles and ensuring compliance with all regulations and operator licence conditions.

The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills and the ability to manage drivers, compliance, and route planning effectively. You will work closely with our teams to ensure seamless operations and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

Salary: £58,000 - £68,000 per annum

About the Role:

  • Ensure the delivery fleet operates in compliance with all regulations and operator licence conditions.
  • Manage the management of drivers, including training and performance evaluation.
  • Develop and implement effective route planning strategies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business objectives.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in transport operations management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
