We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Residential Development Consultant to join our London-based team at Cast Consultancy. As an Associate Director, you will be responsible for overseeing projects and leading teams to deliver cost management services for residential developments across the UK.

The estimated salary for this role is £90,000 - £120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading project teams to deliver high-quality cost management services
  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
  • Providing expert guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of experience in the UK construction industry
  • MRICS or equivalent qualification in a relevant business discipline
  • Proven track record of developing and nurturing talent
