SEN Teacher Sheffield

We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated SEND Teacher to join our team at an outstanding SEN school in Central Sheffield. The school caters for pupils aged 5-16 and offers a supportive and inclusive environment.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering effective lessons that cater to the needs of individual EHCP plans. They will also be responsible for assessments, safeguarding, and working collaboratively with teaching and support staff to ensure best outcomes for students.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and deliver effective lessons that cater to the needs of individual EHCP plans
- Be responsible for all assessments relating to class students
- Be aware of and remain responsible for all safeguarding of pupils within your care
- Work collaboratively with both teaching and support staff to ensure best outcomes for students
