About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic CBT Therapist to join our team at Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust. This is an exciting opportunity to work with young people in Bromley, providing specialist psychological assessment and intervention.

Key Responsibilities
  • To provide a senior CBT CAMHS service to clients of the Bromley CAMHS Generic Team, delivering high-quality care and support.
  • To offer advice and consultation on clients' psychological care to non-psychological therapies colleagues and other carers, ensuring seamless coordination of care.
  • To supervise junior staff and trainees, contributing to their professional development and growth.
  • To utilise research skills for audit, policy, and service development, driving innovation and improvement within the team and service.

Bromley Service Overview

The Bromley Generic Team is a multidisciplinary team offering assessment and therapeutic interventions, including groups, for young people between 0-18 years and their families who experience severe and enduring mental health difficulties.

This role offers opportunities for brief and long-term therapeutic work, consultation, supervision, and service development, making it an ideal choice for a motivated and experienced CBT Therapist.
