Ambulance Service Representative

Job Role: We are currently seeking a Community Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing transportation services to patients and supporting them in their daily lives.
Responsibilities:
- Providing transportation services to patients, including taking them to medical appointments and between healthcare facilities
- Assisting patients with mobility issues, including lifting and securing them in the ambulance
- Building rapport with patients and their relatives/friends, providing empathetic care and support
Requirements: To be considered for this role, you must hold a valid UK manual driving license, be physically fit for patient handling, and have effective communication skills. You will also need to pass an Enhanced DBS check.
