">The Regional Network Coordinator will work closely with the Regional Network Controller to improve the first-time acceptance ratio and reduce multiple rejections.
">Main Responsibilities:

- Efficiently process and allocate repair notifications within SLAs using the in-house management system.">
- Analyse damage, incident circumstances, and vehicle specifications to assign repairs to suitable suppliers or escalate to the Fast Track Total Loss Team when necessary.">
- Resolve allocation delays and courtesy car related issues while keeping customers updated on progress.">
- Collaborate with the Regional Network Controller to place challenging cases with suitable suppliers and work towards improving first-time acceptance ratios.">
Requirements and Qualifications
">Candidates should have prior experience in customer service with exposure to effective communication with clients and suppliers. Strong organisational and problem-solving skills, with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities, are essential for success in this role.
">A strong understanding of the Repair/Insurance industry and knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages, including Power Bi, are highly desirable.
