About this role

We are seeking an ECG Technician to provide high-quality patient care in our medical team. As an ECG Technician, you will be responsible for conducting electrocardiogram (ECG) tests to assist in diagnosing cardiovascular conditions.

Job responsibilities

Performing 12 Lead ECGs

Fitting and removing Ambulatory ECG and BP Monitors

This role will include outpatient and inpatient work

Supporting other investigations or clinics as appropriate

Person Specification

Qualifications

Essential

  • Proficient in using ultrasound equipment for echocardiograms
  • Knowledge of aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during procedures
  • Familiarity with medical terminology related to cardiology and ECG interpretation
  • Understanding of human anatomy and physiology to accurately interpret ECG results
