Key Responsibilities:

* Electrical works to void and tenanted domestic properties
* NICEIC updates and ensuring compliance
* Fault finding, repairs, and testing
* Providing excellent service to all tenants and customers
* Working within void and tenanted homes, you will be providing an excellent customer service and delivering a high standard of work.

This is a fantastic opportunity to secure sociable, full-time hours Monday to Friday. You will be working a standard 37-hour week with potential to take overtime and contribute to the emergency call-out service. A company van will be provided.

Requirements:

* NVQ or City and Guilds in Electrical
* 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
* 2391 Testing & Inspecting
* Full UK Driving Licence
