Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance department, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our manufacturing processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake day-to-day electrical and mechanical maintenance and repair of all machinery, plant, equipment, and facilities.
- Liaise with engineering manager, shift managers, and other shift staff in providing electrical and mechanical maintenance support on shift.
- Undertake electrical and mechanical fault diagnosis and repair on plant and machinery.
- Identify and report on materials and parts required to overcome breakdowns and repairs.
- Breakdown resolution, repairs, and improvements to all machinery and processes.
- The use of multi-test equipment to identify and rectify faults within control systems.
- Record detailed and accurate repairs information relating to repair inspections or completed repair jobs.
- Ensure parts required to repair machines are ordered through the relevant process in a timely fashion.
- Ensure all work is carried out to the highest standard and ensure compliance with the company's health and safety policy.
- Observe and comply with all good working practices and embrace the company team ethic of success.
