About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Child Protection Specialist to join our team in Staffordshire/West Midlands. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a therapeutic & creative approach, committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of Children and their families.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To provide expert guidance and support to social care teams in implementing evidence-based interventions for vulnerable children and families.
  • To develop and deliver training programs on child protection and related topics to enhance the skills and knowledge of practitioners.
  • To contribute to the development of policies and procedures related to child protection and ensure they are up-to-date and compliant with relevant legislation.
