Job Overview:

BAM Nuttall is a leading construction company that operates in various sectors, including infrastructure and property. We are seeking a highly skilled Building Construction Project Coordinator to join our team in Plymouth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the preparation of as-built drawings and establish effective systems for recording work completed.
  • Oversee the management of systems to review progress against time, quality, dimensions, and quantity.
  • Assist in testing and recording workmanship and materials.
  • Provide engineering support to overcome technical problems and answer queries.
  • Responsible for setting out works constructed within allowable tolerances.
  • Regularly check setting out points and benchmarks, ensuring instruments and equipment are calibrated and recorded.

Requirements:
  • Degree qualification in civil engineering or equivalent.
  • SSSTS and CSCS White PQP/AQP certification.
  • Experience in a similar role and may be working towards Chartership/Incorporation with IStructE or ICE.
