We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Research Associate to join our Digital Mental Health team at Greater Manchester Mental Health. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting the design, implementation, and evaluation of digital mental health research projects.
Key Responsibilities- Contribute to the development and implementation of digital mental health research projects, including the design of studies, data collection, and analysis.
- Assist in the preparation and submission of grant applications and research proposals.
- Collaborate with the research team to ensure the accurate collection and secure management of data.
- Conduct qualitative and quantitative analysis, including the analysis of large datasets and the interpretation of research findings.
- Prepare and present research reports, papers, and presentations to internal and external stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including researchers, clinicians, and service users.
- Contribute to the development of research policies and procedures, and ensure compliance with relevant regulations and guidelines.
- Good Honours Degree in Psychology (2:1 or above) and a Master's Degree or equivalent experience.
- Knowledge and experience of analysis and interpretation of statistical/analytical research outcomes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues from diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to organize own day-to-day tasks and activities, and to prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Computer literacy, with advanced skills in database and word processing packages.
- Ability to prepare and present research reports and presentations, and to communicate complex research findings to non-technical stakeholders.
