ECG Limited, a world-class private member club in London, seeks a highly skilled horticulturalist to lead the Gardens Team in maintaining and developing prestigious gardens and lawns.

The successful candidate will have a minimum RHS Level 2 qualification, PA1 and PA6 Spraying Qualifications, and extensive plant knowledge. They will be responsible for allocating duties to the team, working with the Head Gardener, and ensuring all gardeners are trained and follow the Club's Health & Safety Policy.

This senior gardening role involves managing IPM systems, biological controls, and data spreadsheets, as well as providing horticultural knowledge and guidance to the team. The Senior Gardener will also be responsible for undertaking horticultural duties, deputising for the Head Gardener, and attending meetings as required.

With a competitive salary of £38,000 per annum, plus regular weekend overtime, this is an excellent opportunity for a skilled horticulturalist to join our team at ECG Limited.
