Logistics Coordinator

This esteemed local business, Burton Bolton & Rose Recruitment Services Ltd, seeks a dedicated Logistics Coordinator to join their established team where your skills and experience will be fully utilised and valued.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide extensive support in the Logistics Department and assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, ensuring seamless operations.
- Collate proof of delivery or delivery documentation from drivers and attach to client invoices, maintaining accurate records.
- Address any invoice queries that arise, including duplicate charges, proof of delivery requests, and other discrepancies.
- Liaise with Depot Managers to investigate sales and purchase ledger queries, resolving all issues in a timely manner.
- Verify that client invoices raised are profitable by deducting purchase cost of equipment, ensuring financial accuracy.
- Chase the Hire Desk to obtain copies of 'To Be agreed' or 'To Be Confirmed' invoices, maintaining open communication.
