Occupational Therapist – Assessor

About the Role

Key Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough assessments of individuals' needs and create personalized support plans.
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with stakeholders, including family members and carers.
- Stay organized and manage time effectively to meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
- Maintain accurate and comprehensive records of assessments and support plans.
Essential Skills and Experience
- Registration as an Occupational Therapist (OT) with a relevant professional body.
- Experience working with individuals with diverse needs, including mental health, learning disabilities, and autism.
- Understanding of relevant legislation, including the Mental Health Act and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with individuals and teams.
