Job Overview

This exciting opportunity has arisen for a skilled Physical Performance Coach to join our team at Birmingham City Football Club plc. You will be responsible for developing and delivering physical performance programs to optimize player and squad performance.

Main Responsibilities
  • Design and coach individualized strength/power and conditioning sessions based on profiling, needs analysis, and injury surveillance.
  • Work with the Lead Physiotherapist to develop a comprehensive screening and testing program.
  • Plan and coach position-specific football actions to enhance movement capabilities for football performance.
Qualifications and Skills
  • MSc in Strength and Conditioning or a related postgraduate degree.
  • BASES Accredited Sports Scientist.
  • UEFA B Licence in Coaching (FA Level 3).
