We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Business Partner to join our team at PHS Group Ltd. in Warrington. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a critical role in supporting the Managing Director and senior leadership team in driving business growth and profitability.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide proactive and meaningful financial analysis and advice on operational issues and commercial decision-making.
- Support the Managing Director in the development of the business plan and ensure alignment with financial goals.
- Coordinate the division's budget and forecasting processes, providing analysis and commentary to the leadership team and Group Finance department.
- Ensure a robust financial control infrastructure is in place, with accurate financial data and compliance with legal requirements.
- Work with the MD and leaders to develop pricing policies that deliver new business on acceptable commercial terms.
- Manage cash collection to terms and consistently deliver budgeted DSO (Days Sales Outstanding).
- A qualified accountant with a recognised accountancy qualification (ACA, ACCA, ACMA).
- Business Partner experience within a senior management team, with a strong understanding of key business drivers.
- Commercial awareness and understanding, with the ability to evaluate business opportunities and minimise risk.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to contribute to strategy and policy development.
