About the Role

We are looking for an exceptional individual with a strong background in production management to oversee all aspects of manufacturing operations. As a key member of our clients team, you will be responsible for driving innovation, improving efficiency, and ensuring high-quality standards across all product lines.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong analytical mind, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. With a minimum of 2 years of experience in production management, you will be well-versed in creating and executing production schedules, determining tooling and equipment needs, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Manufacturing Process Optimization: Oversee the entire manufacturing process, from production planning to quality control, to ensure seamless execution and timely delivery.
  • Production Scheduling: Develop and implement effective production schedules that maximize productivity, minimize waste, and meet customer demands.
  • Tooling and Equipment Management: Identify and acquire necessary tooling and equipment to support production requirements, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
  • Innovation and Improvement: Drive innovation throughout all elements of production, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes to enhance overall efficiency and quality.
  • Supplier Collaboration: Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
  • Continuous Improvement: Develop and implement processes to continuously improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and productivity.
Requirements
  • Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams, communicate effectively, and make informed decisions.
  • Analytical Mind: Strong analytical skills to identify areas for improvement, develop solutions, and implement changes.
  • Production Management Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in production management, preferably in the aerospace industry.
  • Initiative and Adaptability: Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to changing circumstances.
  • Excellent Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders.
