Healthcare Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Non Medical Prescriber to join our team at The Forward Trust, working within the substance misuse service. This role offers the opportunity to develop new skills and work with a healthcare team providing psychosocial and clinical interventions to high-risk adults with complex needs.
Key Responsibilities- Deliver high-quality clinical assessments and treatments to vulnerable adults, taking into account their individual circumstances and requirements.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide effective interventions and support for patients.
- NMC registration with an active pin number.
- A valid NMP qualification is essential for this role.
- An annual salary of £60,000-£80,000 dependent on experience, reflecting the importance of this role in delivering high-quality care to our patients.
- 6 days of continuing professional development (CPD) per year, to ensure that you stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in your field.
