The Opportunity:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Care Assistant to take on a new challenge as a Field Care Supervisor with Helping Hands. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting the development of our care assistants and ensuring they provide exceptional support to our customers.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of care assistants
  • Collaborate with the branch team to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Conduct regular supervisions and spot checks to ensure high standards of care
  • Meet with customers to review care plans and ensure their needs are being met
  • Conduct risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential risks
