The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Class 1 Milk Tanker Driver to join our team in a night transhipment role. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering bulk milk to dairies across the UK, working closely with our transport team to ensure timely and efficient deliveries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Delivery of bulk milk to dairies across the UK
  • Transhipment role requiring flexibility and adaptability
  • Ensuring all deliveries and collections are made on time and in accordance with client requirements
  • Collaborating with the transport team for updates on progress and managing customer expectations
  • Rural driving and frequent travel between locations
  • Regular attendance at training sessions

Requirements

  • Valid UK HGV Class 1 CE or Class 2 C Licence
  • Current DCPC Card and UK Digital Tachograph Driver Card
  • Experience with fridge trailers preferred but not essential (training provided)
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Ability to work to deadlines and manage time effectively
  • Confident, polite, and a team player with good geographical knowledge
  • Fitness level required due to physical demands of the role
