Job Title: Sales Manager

Novotel Cardiff Centre is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and managing existing accounts to drive revenue growth and exceed sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives and drive revenue growth.
  • Manage a portfolio of existing accounts, including corporate, leisure, and MICE clients, to ensure retention and growth.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and exceed revenue growth expectations.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with clients to ensure loyalty and retention.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
