About the Role
We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Exam Steward at our busy exam centre in Leeds. As an Exam Steward, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of exams, providing excellent customer service, and working effectively with a variety of people.
Key Responsibilities
* Meet and greet candidates as they arrive for their exam
* Escort candidates through the exam centre
* Ensure candidates arrive at designated exam rooms at the right time
Requirements
* Available to start immediately
* Available to work at weekends
* Experienced in a customer service role such as retail or hospitality
* Excellent communication skills and able to liaise effectively with a wide range of people
* Excellent time management skills
