Maritime Advisory Expert

We are seeking a skilled Senior Consultant to join our team in the Maritime Advisory department. As a key member of our team, you will play a significant role in providing consultancy services to clients.
About the RoleThis vacancy exists for a consultant to work closely with our team and contribute to the delivery of projects. The ideal candidate would be based in London and have a strong understanding of the maritime industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide due diligence transaction services, investment advisory, port master planning, economics, technical and financial feasibility, market studies, concept and outline engineering design support, and cargo forecasts and project management consultancy services.
- Work independently and collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results.
- Develop and maintain close working relationships with clients and colleagues.
- Travel overseas for projects, typically undertaking 2- or 3-day client trips.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A degree-level education in an engineering or business-related subject.
- Proven experience in consultancy/advisory type work.
- A comprehensive knowledge of all major relevant software packages (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, etc.).
- Strong spoken and written communication skills in English.
- Previous experience as a consultant, ideally with known and/or recognisable companies in the same competitive sectors.
The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities, flexible working arrangements, and a competitive pension scheme.
