About the Role
We are seeking an Occupational Therapist to join our Community Admissions Avoidance Therapy Team (CAATT) in Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr.

The successful applicant will work Monday to Friday in Ysbyty Ystrad Fawr, with opportunities to work on other sites as required. The salary for this position is approximately £43,141 - £62,001 per annum, depending on experience.

This role involves providing occupational therapy assessments and interventions in hospital emergency departments and medical admissions units. The goal is to facilitate home discharges, reduce lengths of stay, and minimize readmission rates through timely therapy interventions.
