Job Summary:
NCP Network Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Sales Director to join our team. As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for building and maintaining a sales territory, researching prospects, generating leads, and following up on new business opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers
- Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities
- Deliver sales presentations and negotiate contracts
- Manage the sales process through specific software programs
- Stay up-to-date on industry changes and competitor activity
- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales goals
- Participate in sales team meetings and perform administrative duties as required
Requirements:
- Proven experience in sales and business development
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong focus on customer satisfaction and engagement
- Developed influencing and negotiation skills with business acumen
- Self-motivated, conscientious, and detail-oriented
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and Sharepoint
- Willingness to travel as needed
