Data Manager Role

We are seeking a skilled Data Manager to join our team at Robert Walters. As a Data Manager, you will be responsible for implementing a new data governance strategy and overseeing the improvement of data management systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a data governance framework to ensure data quality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to promote data-driven decision making.
  • Recruit and manage a team of data professionals to champion data quality across the organization.
  • Address data quality issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand their data needs and provide solutions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in developing and implementing data governance frameworks.
  • Strong management experience, including team and project management.
  • Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Experience in data migration and ERP migration projects.
